While this isn’t quite as sexy of a position (to me… I’m guessing the ideal candidate will think it’s at least as sexy as Moulin Rouge), it’s incredibly core to the company’s growth. We’ve seen 2 kinds of candidates: pure backend CA-type folk and high-level strategic folk. Ideally we’d want the best of both worlds: someone with the financial background to give everyone comfort both around finances and around processes (as we grow into a much larger company) and someone who wants to contribute at the strategic level.
